The duration of the course is 3 years. these three years would be divided into six semesters. After the completion of the course, one will be awarded a degree in Optometry.
Diploma or Certificate Courses in Optometry: After passing class 12th, there are many diploma courses available. The diploma courses are basically for shorter duration course and you will be given brief knowledge about the courses. the duration of the diploma courses can be between six months to 12 months or even more. Depending upon the courses, you have selected. After the completion of the course. You will be awarded the Diploma Certificate that you can use to get a job in this field.
